Cedrik Forbes

Cedrik is the Managing Director of Insights Grid. He is a policy and public affairs consultant that provides business intelligence, policy and political analysis, and engages various stakeholders on policy matters. He has been a consultant for several businesses and organizations. He specializes in the food and beverage, and education sector.

 

He previously worked as Policy and Advocacy Manager of the Philippine Business for Education (PBEd) and Executive Director of the Center for Liberalism and Democracy (CLD). In these roles, he often engages stakeholders, and sometimes lobby Congress on the institutions’ agenda.

 

When he was in government, he led the Security and Governance Policy Office of the Presidential Management Staff under the administration of President Benigno Aquino III. He was also a legislative staff of then-Senator Aquino, specializing in public budgeting. In these roles, he often provides policy briefs to then-President Aquino on various matters.

 

He earned his MSc International Strategy and Diplomacy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and his Master of Public Administration from the University of the Philippines. He was a Political Science graduate of the Ateneo de Manila University.
